Supporting women
through every season of life with acupuncture.

There are times in life when your body asks you to slow down, listen differently and receive a little more support.

Through acupuncture and the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, I work with women to support the body’s natural ability to find greater balance - whether you are navigating your menstrual cycle, fertility, pregnancy, hormonal changes, stress, exhaustion or simply feeling that something is not quite right. My approach is gentle, personalised and grounded in listening - to your story, your symptoms and what your body is telling us.

What is Acupuncture?

With roots in traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture has been practised for more than 2,500 years and is now used around the world to support health and wellbeing.

Treatment involves placing very fine needles at specific points on the body. Research suggests this can influence the nervous system and the way the body responds to pain, although exactly how it works is still being explored.

People seek acupuncture for a range of concerns, including pain, hormonal symptoms, digestive discomfort, disrupted sleep, stress and emotional wellbeing. Research also explores its effects on inflammation, with stronger evidence for some uses than others.

"Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished."

A space to pause, restore & rebalance

Your body is constantly
communicating with you.

Sometimes symptoms are the body's way of asking for attention rather than something to simply push through.

Together, we look at the whole picture - your health, your cycle, your energy, sleep, digestion, emotions and the particular stage of life you are moving through.

Treatment is tailored to you rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach.
